Reservation Request/Information Form:
Payment:
Upon receipt of the reservation request form, reservations will be made and the confirmation number
and payment information will be sent back to you electronically. Once you receive the invoice, you have 48 hours to
make a payment through PayPal or send a money order or cashiers check payable to Dana Reid for the amount
specified. Payment will be forwarded to Palace Resorts and the final reservation confirmation will be returned to you electronically.
Refunds/Exchanges:
Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the purchase date under normal circumstances (not due to natural disasters). The amount refunded will exclude any non-refundable fees incurred by the seller. After the 14 day timeframe, your trip may be rescheduled if there is availability at the resort for the new timeframe. Any difference in the all-inclusive rate would be paid by the buyer when rescheduling plus a 5% change fee.

- By submitting this form, you attest that the information supplied is true.
- Reservation will be made upon receipt of the reservation request form.
- Airfare is NOT included.
